1. Hold the bottle about twenty centimetres from the face and mist evenly.
2. Use it after cleansing, or after the enzymatic exfoliant, before any gel or cream.
3. Do not wipe it off. Let the skin take it in for a few seconds.
4. Apply your serum or moisturizer while the skin is still slightly damp.
5. Mist again during the day whenever the skin feels hot, makeup and all.

From what age is this useful?

There is no age gate on it. It is written for sensitive and dehydrated skin, and that shows up at twenty five as readily as at sixty five. Clients going through perimenopause often reach for it because the skin runs hot and tight more often than it used to.

Can I use it if my skin is oily?

Yes. It contains no oil and no rich texture, so it suits oily skin that is also dehydrated, which is a very common pairing. Mist it after cleansing and follow with a light gel or fluid rather than a rich cream, and you keep the comfort without the shine.

How do I layer it with a serum?

Mist first, on clean skin, then apply the serum while the face is still slightly damp. The mist prepares the skin so the serum spreads further and sinks in faster. Cream or fluid goes on last, and in the morning your sun protection comes after that.

How long does one bottle last?

The bottle holds 230 ml, which is generous for a mist. Used twice a day on the face and neck, most clients get several months from it. If you also spray through the day to cool the skin down, expect it to go faster than that.
