From what age should I start using an eye cream?

There is no fixed age. The skin around the eye is thinner and dries out faster than the rest of the face, so many clients start in their thirties, when fine lines hold after they stop smiling. If your face cream already sits comfortably there, you can wait.

Will it help with dark circles?

It softens their appearance. Aquafolia names chrysin and N-hydroxysuccinimide for periorbicular colouring, and lists a reduction in the look of bluish circles and puffiness. Circles that come from bone structure or pigmentation will not disappear. Expect a fresher look, not a different face.
