How to use

After your shower or bath, apply generously over the whole body.
Use it after every sun exposure, while the skin still feels warm and thirsty.
Keep going daily once you are back from holiday, for as long as the colour lasts.
It contains no sun filter. On the next day out, your sunscreen and its two-hour reapplication schedule stay exactly as they are.

Questions

How soon after the sun should I apply it?

As soon as you have showered off the salt, sand or chlorine, ideally the same evening. Skin rehydrates best while it is still warm. Then keep applying daily for as long as the colour holds, which is usually through the week after you get back.

Will it actually make my tan last longer?

It works indirectly. Skin that stays supple sheds fewer pigmented cells, and a tan fades mainly because those cells flake away. So hydration slows the fade. The honest limit is that it adds no colour of its own and it is not a self-tanner.

What is the difference from the After-Sun SOS Lotion?

The SOS Lotion covers face and body and leans on soothing skin that feels hot and uncomfortable. This one is body only and leans on holding the tan through hydration. If you overdid it, reach for the SOS. If you are managing a good tan, reach for this.
